Care for Me are committed to delivering the highest standards of care, therefore all our carers are continuously trained to the highest standards and the best practice guidelines, and all have underwent Garda Vetting, background and reference checks.
We continuously conduct client care reviews which ensure our care to our clients is constantly monitored.
Care for Me offer a positive alternative to nursing home care. Our care plans are designed around the client and their home. We believe this can be a better solution than clients trying to adapt to a nursing home environment and routine. Receiving care at home also reduces the risk of coming into contact with hospital and nursing home based infections, which have significantly increased over the last number of years.
We are aware that every client, family and situation is different. That's why we design personalised care plans to suit your needs and level of care. When you are considering care at home it is important to us that you have all the information that you require so you can make an informed decision.
85% of over 65's will at some point require some sort of care assistance or long term care. Over three quarters of these are dependent on their family and friends. Care for me can provide the ideal solution for clients and their families.
